Here at Sugar Mama, we understand that sometimes it’s necessary to cancel or reschedule appointments. We just require as much notice as possible in order to give us the opportunity to fill your time slot. This policy has been put in place to respect other clients eagerly awaiting an appointment and our therapists’ time.
A cancellation or rescheduling of your appointment requires a minimum of 24 hours notice to avoid fees.
Cancellations made within 24 hours, and no-shows, will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee. An invoice will be emailed to you, which will need to be paid prior to any future bookings being accepted.
If you have cancelled a booking with less than 24 hours notice, any future bookings will need to be pre-paid prior to acceptance. An invoice will be emailed to you, and upon payment, your new booking is considered accepted.
How to cancel
Please call or SMS as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change your booking.
If we are unable to take your call, ideally please SMS or leave a voicemail.
Please SMS if it is after hours. You don’t need to wait until the salon is open to do this.
If you find yourself running late or think you may be late (even if it's just 5 minutes) please send a short sms informing us what time you may arrive. If you are later than 10 minutes your appointment may be cancelled and a charge may still be applied.
That time of the month? Yes you can still be sugared! We just ask that you wear a mooncup or a tampon.
A reminder email is sent 24 hrs prior to your appointment so please check your spam folder. Sugar Mama cannot be held responsible for emails being sent there, so to avoid forgetting your appointment please set a reminder in your own calendar.
